The staff were responsive and took care of us. The location was perfect and handy - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Dessert restaurant Cold Rock located 1 km away was a nice surprise...

The check-in process here is super easy, and there's parking available on-site. the location is really convenient and just a short walk to everything in town. 🚶‍♂️.

Location: the hotel was near town centre and point of pickup for ski bus transfers and the local supermarket and Queenstown. It was short walk from Pedro's House of Lamb, where you can have dinner. My room was large and fairly quiet, there were a fridge, coffee and tea making equipment, and a dining area. It had a tub in the large bathroom.

The staff were all extremely helpful and responsive, amazing service. I had amazing apartment with a bathroom, lounge in the middle, comfortable beds.

The location is exceptional, situated right next to town, attractions, and supermarkets. It's conveniently close to the Skyline Gondola, iFly, and Kiwi Park, making it easy to explore the area. Plus, it's a great starting point for ski bus transfers. the unit is warm and features a nice design, with lovely views of the surrounding mountains.

It was really quiet and cozy up on the upper level. ☀️.

Koura Apartments Central is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to the town center and a supermarket nearby. the apartment is spacious, clean, and cozy, offering an ensuite for every bedroom, which is perfect for groups. the kitchen is well-equipped, and the balcony overlooking the stream adds a lovely touch. Soundproofing works well despite being near a busy road, allowing for a restful stay.

Ceilings lack sound insulation. Lower floor disturbances occur.

Koura Apartments Central Queenstown is an excellent choice for business travel, as recommended by my director. The location of this hotel is unbeatable, with stunning views of the alpine scenery and a great vantage point to observe the Shotover Jet jetboats on the river below. The highlight of my stay was definitely the Onsen Hot Pools, which provided a serene and relaxing experience amidst the breathtaking surroundings. It truly added a touch of luxury to my trip. the amenities in the apartment were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. The staff were also friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my visit.

The room I booked was super cozy with a comfy bed, central heating, a bunch of TV channels, and even a handy microwave 🛋️. the bathroom was nice and spacious. Plus, the location was great - not too far from the Ivan Clarke Gallery.

I had a really good stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic. It was so close to the beautiful tree'd mountains and the serene lake, which made for some amazing views. Additionally, it was conveniently located near a local supermarket, which made it easy to pick up any necessities. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided great service. They were always willing to assist and ensure that everything was in order. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. This was a great feature for privacy and convenience. this hotel exceeded my expectations with its attention to detail and value for money.
